Hhelp Darling Downs Inc. began in Toowoomba Queensland in 1978, as a self-help group formed to support and encourage people with a disability (and their carers) to become part of their community. Today Hhelp is a leading provider of support services to the socially disadvantaged, empowered by support from clients, funding bodies, and carers or families who have the responsibility for caring of these clients.

We hold the vision of a community that embraces nurtures and uplifts everyone within it. Our mission is to empower people with disabilities and others in need to experience quality of life.

We connect our clients with the support they need to become autonomous, accepted, valued and integrated members of the community. Our work encompasses the principles and objectives of both Commonwealth and State Disability Service Acts and National and Queensland Disability Service Standards.
