Our Strategic Plan was the first step in the evolution of Hhelp Darling Downs Inc. in achieving its vision. The Board of Management and staff of Hhelp committed themselves to the attainment of each of the objectives set out in this document and members of the organisation are aware of their broad responsibilities and are supportive of the actions required in its achievement.
The Board of Management and the Management Team assess the requirements of each program and make provision of necessary resources to ensure the tools for the full implementation of agreed strategies are available. The Strategic Plan and supporting Operational Plans are implemented, monitored, reviewed, and amended by way of a formal review process by the Board of Management, the service Manager and all relevant stakeholders.
